Does the right of withdrawal apply to all goods?

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for individual goods for which the right of withdrawal does not apply (for example, earphones).

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if:

• within 14 days of receiving the goods you have not applied to LMT with a filled in electronic or paper withdrawal application;
• if the goods are not in full set;
• if you are a legal entity;
• if you have purchased the goods on site in the shop.
