Technical research

LMT technical specialists will investigate the possibilities of installing "Industrial Internet" at your address. You will be notified of installation deadline and cost estimate of the best possible technical solution. Then you can decide.

Agreement and installation

If the proposed solution meets your needs, we will enter into an agreement and carry out the installation works – please read the terms of the agreement (lv)! The agreement will enter into force when we have completed the installation works.

• Industrial Internet is available in places where it is technically possible to create a radio relay or an optical cable line with the LMT base station. As a result of the technical research, we will find out whether we can offer this solution at the indicated address.

• Industrial Internet is valid only in Latvia.

• Industrial Internet is provided at the specific address, it is not possible to relocate it.

• The guaranteed speed depends on the technical capabilities at the specific address, which we will specify in the agreement.

• If you are a lessee of premises or land, the consent of the owner of the territory will be required for the installation of Industrial Internet.

• The network devices installed at your address are the property of LMT – please treat them with due care. If necessary, we will ask you to provide access to them.

• Before using LMT services, please read the data processing information provided by LMT. As a data controller, LMT pays the greatest attention to these issues. As part of the services provided by LMT, we process data only in the necessary amount and period, which results from the nature of the service and the requirements of the binding laws and regulations. As part of the "Industrial Internet" connection, basic data can be processed, such as connection number, etc., as well as electronic communications metadata, including load data – information related to the provision of electronic communications services. The purpose of the data to be processed is to carry out the execution of the selected service, including ensuring the related quality, payments and solving the reported issues, if they arise, as well as the execution of the binding laws and regulations. The basis of data processing is the requested LMT service and the implementation of related laws and regulations. Such processing is a prerequisite for the execution of the transaction, and failure to provide data may partially or completely delay or terminate the provision of the transaction. With regard to his or her data, the LMT customer has the right to exercise the rights set forth in the laws and regulations.
