What information is included in an LMT invoice?

  • Subscription fee 
    Fee for the use of our tariff plan or services during the previous calendar month.
  • Fixed monthly charge 
    Fixed amount for the use of services of your tariff plan during the previous calendar month. Calculated like a subscription fee.
  • Monthly charge
    Applied to the services "Option Agreement", "Open Agreement".
  • Minimum monthly charge 
    Applied if the amount calculated for the use of services of your tariff plan during the previous calendar month was smaller or equal to the minimum monthly charge applied by the LMT. If the amount calculated for the used services is larger than the minimum charge, your invoice lists these services.

  • Calls in the LMT network 
    Calls in Latvia to LMT and LMT Karte numbers.
  • Calls 
    Calls in Latvia to Tele2, Bite, TET and numbers of other operators, as well as calls to infolines, premium-rate numbers, etc.
  • Calls to other countries 
    International calls from Latvia to other countries.
  • Premium-rate numbers 
    Calls to premium-rate numbers.
  • Calls to short and service numbers (infolines, 78XXXXXX, etc.) 
    Depending on your tariff plan, these may be free of charge, charged at standard rates, or at premium rates.
  • Donations 
    Calls and text messages to premium-rate donation numbers or service codes (charge not subject to VAT).

  • Calls abroad
    Incoming and outgoing calls abroad.
  • Text messages abroad
    Charge for outgoing text messages while abroad.
  • Internet in EEA countries outside Latvia
    Charge for using the internet in EEA countries outside Latvia, based on the payment method chosen by the customer – either the Internet While Traveling service or payment per megabyte used.
  • Internet outside the EEA countries
    Charge for using the internet outside the EEA countries, based on the payment method chosen by the customer or available at the specific network – either the Internet While Traveling service or payment per megabyte used.

  • Mobile content and mobile communication services
    Games, music, video ordered online or via text messages, apps, entertainment services, social networks, dating correspondance, participation in lotteries and special offers, televoting, advertising, visits to specific homepages.
  • Mobile payment 
    Payment for parking, public transport ticket purchases (e.g., Mobilly), as well as media content purchases (e.g., Delfi, TVNET). Charge not subject to VAT.
  • Purchases in the Google Play Store 
    Charge for purchases made in Google Play when the LMT payment option is selected (charge not subject to VAT).

  • Invoice copy by mail 
    Charge for receipt of invoice by mail.
  • E-invoicing fee 
    Fee is applied if you receive your e-invoices at SEB bank.

  • Volume of received electronic services 
    Summary of the volume of received electronic services (calls, text messages, internet, etc.) of all connections registered to the customer.
