What should I do if I have activated the LMT payment, but cannot use it to purchase anything?

If you have activated the LMT payment option in Google Play, but it is not possible to make a purchase, please consider the following.

  • Premium-rate services have been disabled for your connection number. If you would like to make purchases and pay with the LMT payment option, the blocking has to be disabled. It can be done via My LMT or at any LMT Customer Centre.
  • The purchase price exceeds 50.00 € (this is the maximum amount that can be charged to your LMT Karte or included in your LMT invoice per purchase). If the price of the selected content exceeds this amount, you will have to choose a different payment type.
  • Credit limit is exceeded. Usually, it will be possible to make a new purchase within 24 hours.
  • Maximum monthly limit for Google Play purchases has been reached (70.00 €). If you would like to buy more, choose “Cancel monthly limit for premium-rate services”. It can be done via My LMT or at any LMT Customer Centre.
  • No services can be provided to your connection. To find out more, contact the LMT by calling 8076 8076.
  • Insufficient funds in LMT Karte or the advance has expired. Refill your LMT Karte or extend the expiry date of the current balance.
