What should I do if my SIM card is damaged?
If you have any suspicion that your physical SIM card is damaged, feel free to contact us or visit any LMT Customer Centre – we will check whether the SIM card is functioning properly. If the SIM card is damaged, we will replace it (or send you a new SIM card by mail).
