From 01.04.2024 LMT stops offering Spotify Premium services (Spotify Premium and Spotify Premium Family) to new customers.

You can cancel your current Spotify Premium subscription by texting STOP to 1605.

It is not possible to change LMT Spotify Premium to another offer (e.g. Spotify Premium to Spotify Premium Family).

When switching from LMT postpaid connection to LMT Karte and vice versa, as well as when customer is changed, the Spotify Premium service is preserved.

Spotify Premium Family

Within Spotify Premium Family, the status of the main account (master) is assigned, with the possibility to add and manage 5 sub-accounts.

All Spotify users must be members of one household and live at the same address.

Spotify may disable Spotify Premium Family, if it is found to be in violation of Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use.

Payment conditions

The accounting period for Spotify Premium is one month starting from the calendar date of connection to the same date of the following month. If there is no corresponding date in the following month, the Spotify Premium accounting period is until the last date of the following month.

For LMT postpaid customers, Spotify Premium fee is included in the invoice on the day a new Spotify Premium accounting period begins. For LMT Karte users, the first payment for Spotify Premium is withheld on the day the service is connected, while each subsequent payment is made the day before the start of the next Spotify Premium accounting period.

Spotify Premium is charged irrespective of the actual use.

Data processing

Before using LMT services, please read the data processing information provided by LMT. Regarding the data processing carried out by Spotify AB as a controller within the scope of the Spotify service, please read the data processing report provided by the specific controller. This controller is independently responsible for the processing of data under its control and the exercise of the rights of the persons related to it. As a data controller, LMT pays the greatest attention to these issues. As part of the services provided by LMT, we process data only to the necessary extent and time period, which results from the nature of the service and the requirements of binding laws and regulations. In order to provide the Spotify offer to LMT customers, basic data, as well as electronic communications metadata, including load data – information related to the provision of electronic communications services, may be processed. The purpose of the data to be processed is to implement the performance of the selected service, including ensuring the related quality, payments and resolution of the reported issues, if they arise, as well as the performance of the binding laws and regulations. The basis of data processing is the requested LMT service and the implementation of related laws and regulations. Such processing is a prerequisite for the execution of the transaction, and failure to provide data may partially or completely delay or terminate the provision of the transaction. With regard to his or her data, the LMT customer has the right to exercise the rights set forth in the laws and regulations.
