The best service depends on your internet habits. If you only use the internet few times a day, for example for email and navigation, 2 GB (the cheapest mobile internet service) will be enough. If you regularly stream music, videos and spend a lot of time on social networks, then 5GB is a better choice. If you want to use the internet without restrictions, choose LMT Independence.

How do I activate internet on the phone?

You can connect internet on the phone at My LMT by using one of the login options, or at any LMT customer centre, or by calling 80768076.

How can I check the remaining internet volume?

You can easily check your remaining internet volume:

Can I buy additional internet volume if I have already used up the existing one?

One-off data top-ups are not available, but consider connecting to a larger internet volume per month. For example, if 2 GB of internet is not enough for you, choose 5 GB or INDEPENDENCE (unlimited internet on the phone). Send a text message with your choice of 2GB, 5GB or IT (if you want to connect Independence) to 1688. You can do the same at My LMT, as well as at any LMT customer centre.

How much internet can I spend abroad?

The volume of internet you can use abroad depends on the chosen internet service and the country you're in. 

Internet volume included in the EEA countries:

• 2 GB and 5 GB – internet volume in Latvia and the EEA countries is the same
• INDEPENDENCE – 14.6 GB
