Use of LMT fixed network number is attached to a specific address.
Users of Home Phone have no access to text message and mobile internet services, as well as telecommunications services abroad.
LMT hands over to you a connection point equipment – home phone – for an indefinite period of time. If necessary, this equipment can be replaced with another:
– if the equipment does not work and has no visual damage – free of charge;
– if the equipment does not work and has visual damage – for a fee of 28.22 €;
– if you wish, with a new one no more often than once a year, if the equipment to be replaced has no visual damage – for a fee of 14.12 €;
– upon termination of LMT Service Agreement, there is an obligation to return the equipment.
If the handed over equipment is lost or damaged, a contractual penalty of the remaining amount of the equipment will be applied. The remaining value of the equipment is calculated by reducing the value of the equipment by 1.86 € every month during the first two years of use of the equipment until the remaining value amounts to 4.98 € and remains unchanged, but no longer than 3 years.

LMT may send you informative text messages within the framework of various services. Receiving of text messages on the fixed network number is impossible, but you can receive them on your LMT mobile phone. Please indicate this number at any LMT Customer Centre.
Every LMT customer must comply with the Fair Use Principles of LMT Services.
Before using of LMT services, please read the personal data processing information provided by LMT. These issues are of the outmost importance for LMT as a data controller. Within the scope of the services provided by LMT we process personal data only in the necessary amount and period that arises out of the substance of the service and requirements of the binding laws. Within the scope of the service Home Phone basic data, e.g., name, surename, connection number etc., as well as electronic communications metadata, including load data – information related to the provision of electronic communications services – may be processed. The purpose of the data processing is to implement the execution of the selected service, including to ensure the related quality, payments and solving of the submitted issues, if any, as well as the implementation of the binding laws. The basis for data procesing is the requested LMT service and implementation of the related laws. Such processing is the precondition for the execution of the transaction, and failure to provide data may partly or fully delay or terminate the transaction. With regard to his/her data the LMT customer is entitled to exercise his/her rights specified in the laws.
