      How to obtain eSIM

      When buying new connection at LMT Customer Service Centre or e-store

      A SIM card for the existing connection may be changed at any LMT Customer Service Centre

      Please make sure that your device supports eSIM

      eSIM activation with a QR code

        1Make sure that your device is connected to the internet (e.g. Wi-Fi).
        If you plan to use eSIM in an auxiliary device (e.g., smart watch), please check the manual of the respective device. You may possible need to download a special device control application.

        Select mobile data and add a new data plan in the settings.

        Scan a QR code – your eSIM card will be downloaded to a device in a while.

        Enter a PIN1 code available in the issued eSIM activation instruction on your device and start using the services!

      IMPORTANT

      Note that this QR code may be used only once!
