For data processing carried out by Microsoft as a data controller within the Microsoft 365 service, please refer to the data processing overview provided by the respective data controller. This controller is independently responsible for the data processing carried out under its responsibility and for the exercise of the rights of the persons concerned. LMT, as the data controller, pays the greatest attention to these issues. Within the scope of the services provided by LMT, we process data only to the extent and for the period of time required by the type of service and the requirements of the binding regulatory acts. In order to provide the Microsoft 365 service to LMT customers, basic data may be processed, as well as electronic communications metadata, including traffic data - information related to the provision of electronic communications services. The purpose of the processed data is to enable the performance of the selected service, including the related quality assurance, invoicing and resolution of reported issues, if any, as well as compliance with binding laws and regulations. The grounds for processing the data are the requested LMT service and the implementation of related laws and regulations. Such processing is a prerequisite for the transaction and failure to provide the data may partially or completely delay or interrupt the provision of the transaction.
