How to connect

• Keep your landline number, and from now on get one invoice for both mobile and landline communications.

• Choose a new landline number tariff plan in My LMT, at the nearest LMT Customer Centre or contact your customer consultant.

Office switchboard functions

In the tariff plan “Business”, an office switchboard function Call transfer is included free of charge, Sequential Call Forwarding can be chosen for an additional fee. See your phone’s user manual how to use them.

Telephone sets

The tariff plan "Business" includes a telephone set at no additional charge. If you want, you can also use your existing device.

Other "Office Phone" tariff plans

• Economic – a good choice if the office phone is mostly needed for receiving customer calls.

• Virtual – a good choice if you don`t use the office phone for calls every day, but you want to keep your landline number. Call forwarding to LMT numbers is included. This tariff plan also allows you to use fax transmission options. Monthly fee – 1.40 €. Ask your LMT consultant for more information.

• The use of the LMT landline number is tied to a specific address.
• Users of the Office Phone "Business" do not have access to text message and mobile internet services, as well as telecommunication services abroad.
• LMT provides the necessary device (phone or gateway). The device is the property of LMT – treat it properly and with due care.

• Before using LMT services, please read the data processing information provided by LMT. As a data controller, LMT pays the greatest attention to these issues. As part of the services provided by LMT, we process data only in the necessary amount and period, which results from the nature of the service and the requirements of the binding laws and regulations. As part of the Office Phone “Business” service, basic data can be processed, such as connection number, etc., as well as electronic communications metadata, including load data – information related to the provision of electronic communications services. The purpose of the data to be processed is to carry out the execution of the selected service, including ensuring the related quality, payments and solving the reported issues, if they arise, as well as the execution of the binding laws and regulations. The basis of data processing is the requested LMT service and the implementation of related laws and regulations. Such processing is a prerequisite for the execution of the transaction, and failure to provide data may partially or completely delay or terminate the provision of the transaction. With regard to his or her data, the LMT customer has the right to exercise the rights set forth in the laws and regulations.
