      How to hand over your device for repair

      Despite the new circumstances in the country, it is understandable that mobile phones, tablets, computers and other devices are still prone to breakdown or damage. How to handle this situation safely and responsibly? To hand over devices for warranty, paid and insured repair is so easy now – you can do it remotely, smoothly and conveniently! 

      If you wish to hand over the device for repair 

      • Apply for repair of the device on TSC website HERE
      • In the registration form you will be able to choose the most convenient form of delivery (Omniva parcel machine, DPD courier or parcel machine). 
      • Warranty documents can also be attached to the registration form. 
      • After repair, we will send the repaired device to your selected destination address or parcel machine. 
      • You will be able to pay right there – on TSC website. 

      If the device was handed over in one of LMT Customer Service Centres which is now closed

       Don't worry – we'll call you to agree on how to deliver you the repaired device.
