      Remote configuration options

      • Centralized app distribution, version control, updates

      • Distributing new configurations and maintaining existing ones, such as Wi-Fi, VPN, APN configurations, email server access information and security certificates
      • Prohibition of users from changing the settings in the device

      How to start using

      Test period

      To find out how Mobile Device Management will be useful for your company, apply for a free test right here on the website or contact your LMT customer consultant. An LMT specialist will set up the service and help with configurations.


      Agreement and set-up

      Once you are convinced of the usefulness of Mobile Device Management, we will enter into a contract for the service. Please read the Terms and Conditions (lv)!

      Set-up includes installation of the solution, instructions on how to do the preliminary work (firewall configuration, etc.), training for two IT administrators, help with the first configuration and documentation.


      Data storage on your server

      If your company has its own IT hardware, the solution can be hosted on the company`s servers. In that case, your company`s specialists will take care of system maintenance and mobile device management.

      Set-up fee – 1,800.00 €


      Costs

      Subscription fee – 2.00 €/month per device.

      • Before using LMT services, please read the data processing information provided by LMT regarding the data processing performed by Famoc Software Ltd as the controller within the framework of this service and the LMT customer itself (the legal entity using this service), please read the data processing report provided by the specific controllers. These controllers are independently responsible for the processing of data under their control and the exercise of the rights of persons related to it. LMT as a data controller pays the greatest attention to these issues. As part of the services provided by LMT, we process data only to the necessary extent and time period, which results from the nature of the service and the requirements of binding regulatory acts. As part of the Mobile Device Management service, basic data can be processed, such as connection number, etc., as well as location data. The purpose of the data to be processed is to implement the performance of the selected service, including ensuring the related quality, payments and resolution of the reported issues, if they arise, as well as the execution of the binding laws and regulations. The basis of data processing is the requested LMT service and the implementation of related laws and regulations. Such processing is a prerequisite for the execution of the transaction, and failure to provide data may partially or completely delay or terminate the provision of the transaction. With regard to his/her data, the LMT customer has the right to exercise the rights set forth in the laws and regulations.
