** LMT provides the necessary devices for "Internet for Business: Core" and "Internet for Business: Power" free of charge at the address specified by the customer. The devices are the property of LMT, please read the conditions of use and treat them with due care. The router model depends on the LMT recommendation according to the place of use of the service and the selected service, as well as availability.

*** To use Business APN, the APN must be changed to the following in the router management environment: bizness.lmt.lv.

Internet for Business: Core

• Service subscription fee: 23.99 €/month.
• When entering into a 12-month agreement, the service subscription fee is 19.99 €/month. After that, the standard fee or the “Business Bundle” fee (if connected) will apply.
• If the service is cancelled during the first year, a minimum term fee of 64.32 € must be paid in the first month. This fee decreases by 5.36 € in each subsequent month.

Internet for Business: Power

• Service installation fee 78.51 €.
• Service subscription fee: 25.99 €/month.
• If the service is cancelled within the first two years, a minimum term fee of 128.64 € must be paid in the first month. This fee decreases by 5.36 € in each subsequent month.

How to start using

Apply here on the website, at the nearest LMT Customer Centre or contact your customer consultant.

For “Internet for Business: Core”, a SIM card is required for the connection. You will receive it together with the router. You can install the router yourself or, if you wish, a professional technician will install the router and find an individual solution to ensure the best quality.

For “Internet for Business: Power”, please expect a call from us to arrange the time of the technician’s visit and discuss other details. At the agreed time, an LMT technician will arrive to install the outdoor modem in the most suitable location – on an exterior wall, the roof, in the attic, or elsewhere. Please note that the installation may take some time. After that, the outdoor modem will be connected to the indoor router via a data cable, which will also be taken care of by the LMT technician.

• The service is provided in locations with adequate LMT network coverage and capacity.
• If LMT services are used in a way not intended for them, the systems can automatically limit or even stop the provision of a certain service. Please read the Fair Use Policy of LMT Services.
• Here you will find various questions and comprehensive answers about data transmission technologies and features, as well as about the quality of electronic communication services, incl. download and upload speeds.
• Every LMT customer, except landline users, has the opportunity to use Mobile content services and enjoy Mobile payment benefits. The fee for text messages (0.01 €/unit) and premium rate services are not included in the fixed monthly fee.
• To ensure the security of your data and the router, always change the password set by the device manufacturer to a combination of symbols known only to you, and do not forget to do it again if the device has been updated to its factory settings. We also invite you to always take care of the security of your devices (computer, phone, tablet) by locking the screen.
• Charges for text messages and premium rate services are not included in the fixed monthly fee. Text messages are not available for landline connections.
• The "Internet for Business" is valid only in Latvia.
• Before using LMT services, please read the data processing information provided by LMT. As a data controller, LMT pays the greatefst attention to these issues. As part of the services provided by LMT, we process data only in the necessary amount and period, which results from the nature of the service and the requirements of the binding laws and regulations. As part of the "Internet for Business" service, basic data can be processed, such as connection number, etc., as well as electronic communications metadata, including load data – information related to the provision of electronic communications services. The purpose of the data to be processed is to carry out the execution of the selected service, including ensuring the related quality, payments and solving the reported issues, if they arise, as well as the execution of the binding laws and regulations. The basis of data processing is the requested LMT service and the implementation of related laws and regulations. Such processing is a prerequisite for the execution of the transaction, and failure to provide data may partially or completely delay or terminate the provision of the transaction. With regard to his or her data, the LMT customer has the right to exercise the rights set forth in the laws and regulations. • In order to ensure the best possible customer experience and more complete possibilities of using LMT services, during the use of services LMT can contact you (by phone, by sending a text message, e-mail or a message in the internet browser) about issues of service administration and use.
