How can I change the subscriber remotely?

Such changes can be done by the current holder of the number at the web portal My LMT by authorising via internet bank, eSignature or Smart-ID.

Under chapter Iesniegumi (Applications) – select Abonenta maiņa (Change subscriber).

Please ask the new holder of the number to contact us on the delivery of SIM card and type of approval of the agreement.

If you cannot authorise at My LMT, please write us from your invoice delivery e-mail address to [email protected] and attach a signed application. The application must contain the data of the existing holder of the number – name, surname, identity number and customer number.

If you cannot do it electronically, feel free to contact us – we will find a solution!
