What should I do to ensure that children do not have access to premium-rate services?

If you would like to deny access to premium-rate calls and text messages from the device that your child uses (phone, tablet, computer), the individual in whose name the phone is registered should lodge a written request with any LMT Customer Centre.

Please note that these restrictions apply only to premium-rate services, and that you will still be able to continue using the services that are not subject to premium rates.
