How can I use the functionality of the LMT 4G network?

4G functionality is available to all LMT customers irrespective of the type of their connection, as well as to the users of LMT Karte.

1. You have to have an LMT connection with activated 4G support.

All customers that use Internet for Business, have their 4G support activated by default. In case of regular and mobile Internet connections 4G support is activated for free on request, or automatically when you start using a 4G device.

2. You require a 4G device (phone, modem, router or tablet) with the latest version of software installed. The device should support the European 4G frequency (LTE 1800 MHz) that the LMT uses. You also require the latest generation LMT SIM card as it is the only card that supports 4G. If we determine that you use an older SIM card, we will substitute it with a new card free of charge!

3. You should have LMT 4G coverage.
