Where can I find a purchase in progress or check the status of my purchase?
You can find your purchase and find out its status on the purchase status page in the e-mail you used to make the purchase. If you are logged in, your unfinished purchase will remain in the cart for 48 hours. If you are not logged in, it will be saved for three hours.
