What should I do to register a phone in the name of a company if it was registered in the name of an individual before?

New subscriber (representative of the company) should personally come to an LMT Customer Centre with the registration certificate of the company, a written request from the previous owner about the registration of a new owner, and a Power of Attorney if the above representative is not an authorized signatory. Please remember that all invoices of the previous owner should be paid. 

A request about the registration of a new owner can be faxed to 67773707, or a scanned copy can be sent to [email protected], or the current owner of the number can lodge it with any LMT Customer Centre. You should indicate the date when you would like to change the subscriber and what we should do if the new subscriber does not arrive to register the number – cancel the number or disable the calling functionality.
