In which cases can I be refused the after-sales service?
Free after-sales repairs are not offered if the device is damaged as a result of failure to comply with manufacturer's instructions, for example, mechanical damage, humidity, installation of software unauthorized by the manufacturer, as well as other damage inflicted by the user and not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee.
