How does it work
Forget about counting minutes and unplanned costs – feel free both in Latvia and elsewhere in Europe! You have at your disposal text messages and local and international calls within the EEA countries without a volume limit, as well as internet in Latvia and all EEA countries.
How to increase internet volume abroad
When you have used up the internet included in "Freedom in Europe VIP", you will be able to purchase additional internet volume or choose a fee for the consumed MB in the countries where Internet while Travelling is available. In the rest of the world, we offer a fee per MB.
Costs
Monthly fee of 49.59 € is constant. Costs may increase only in the following cases:
if calling from Latvia to countries outside the EEA, please check the international call rates;
- if calls are made from an EEA country to countries outside the EEA;
- if you use your phone outside the EEA countries;
- if calls are made abroad using callback;
if you use premium rate services for example, calls to hotline or premium rate numbers, order draugiem.lv statistics, etc.). If you are going abroad outside the EEA, please check the tariffs abroad.
Important
To find out information about the minutes spent, text messages sent and the amount for the services used in Latvia, go to My LMT or send a text message i to the number 29319999.
- The monthly fee is calculated once a month for the entire period from the date of connection to the tariff plan. For example, if "Freedom in Europe VIP" is connected on the 17th, then the period will last until the 16th of the following month. If you decide to change the tariff plan in the middle of the period, please note that the terms and fees of the current tariff plan will be valid until the end of the period, but the terms of the new tariff plan will be available only from the first day of the next period.
Every LMT customer is bound by the Fair Use Policy of LMT Services.
Every LMT customer has the opportunity to use Mobile content services and Mobile payment benefits.
Before using LMT services, please read the data processing information provided by LMT. As a data controller, LMT pays the greatest attention to these issues. As part of the services provided by LMT, we process data only in the necessary amount and period, which results from the nature of the service and the requirements of the binding laws and regulations. As part of the "Freedom in Europe VIP" tariff plan, basic data can be processed, such as connection number, etc., as well as electronic communications metadata, including load data – information related to the provision of electronic communications services. The purpose of the data to be processed is to carry out the execution of the selected service, including ensuring the related quality, payments and solving the reported issues, if they arise, as well as the execution of the binding laws and regulations. The basis of data processing is the requested LMT service and the implementation of related laws and regulations. Such processing is a prerequisite for the execution of the transaction, and failure to provide data may partially or completely delay or terminate the provision of the transaction. With regard to his or her data, the LMT customer has the right to exercise the rights set forth in the laws and regulations.
