Costs

Monthly fee of 13.20 € is constant. Costs may increase only in the following cases:

• if calling from Latvia to charged short numbers;

• if calling from Latvia to countries outside the EEA, as well as to foreign premium rate numbers, please check the international call rates;

• if sending text messages to foreign countries outside the EEA from any EEA country (incl. Latvia), as well as to foreign premium rate numbers – a fee for a text message is 0.07 €;

• if you use Latvian premium rate numbers (e.g., calls to hotlines or premium rate numbers, order draugiem.lv statistics, etc.);

• if you make calls from any EEA country to countries outside the EEA, as well as to foreign additional services (including foreign free hotlines) and premium rate numbers or use your phone outside the EEA countries, please check the tariffs abroad.

• if you use the Internet via Handset service in Latvia or use the internet abroad while abroad

Summary of agreement

Important

• "Freedom for Business” options are available to customers who have connected this tariff plan from 01.11.2016.

• "Freedom for Business" is not compatible with the signed Corporate Customer agreements.

• Every LMT customer is bound by the Fair Use Policy of LMT Services.

• Every LMT customer has the opportunity to use Mobile content services un Mobile payment benefits.

• Before using LMT services, please read the data processing information provided by LMT. As a data controller, LMT pays the greatest attention to these issues. As part of the services provided by LMT, we process data only in the necessary amount and period, which results from the nature of the service and the requirements of the binding laws and regulations. As part of the "Freedom for Business" tariff plan, basic data can be processed, such as connection number, etc., as well as electronic communications metadata, including load data – information related to the provision of electronic communications services. The purpose of the data to be processed is to carry out the execution of the selected service, including ensuring the related quality, payments and solving the reported issues, if they arise, as well as the execution of the binding laws and regulations. The basis of data processing is the requested LMT service and the implementation of related laws and regulations. Such processing is a prerequisite for the execution of the transaction, and failure to provide data may partially or completely delay or terminate the provision of the transaction. With regard to his or her data, the LMT customer has the right to exercise the rights set forth in the laws and regulations.
