      Your calls – your choice!

      The Call Filter is your chance to avoid unwanted conversations if necessary. In different life situations, another Call Filter list may be useful for you.


      • White List – only those people whose numbers you have included in this list will be able to call you. Other callers will not disturb you.

      • Black List – those people whose numbers you have included in this list will not be able to call you.

      • White List+ will be useful if you want to avoid unnecessary spending in foreign countries, where you also have to pay for received calls – only those people whose numbers you have included in this list will be able to call you.

      HOW TO CONNECT

      Welcome to the nearest LMT Customer Centre.


      USE

      The White List and Black List of the Call Filter can be used very simply – activate or cancel the filter, create lists of numbers and make changes to them via text messages.

      If you administer the White List, send text messages with the corresponding keyword to the number 29319920,

      if the Black List – to the number 29319910.

      You will receive information about all text messages used for Call Filter administration. If you want to receive information about the macro definition, send MAKRO? (MACRO?) or MACRO?

      If you want to use the White List+, we will be waiting for you at the nearest LMT Customer Centre – we will need a written application in which you will have indicated the numbers to be included in the list.


      IMPORTANT

      • White List and Black List cannot be activated at the same time.
      • White List+ can be connected only if the White List or Black List is not activated.
      • Up to 15 numbers can be included in one list.
      • Only phone numbers registered in Latvia can be in the list.
      • Only calls can be filtered, but not text messages.
      • Before using LMT services, please read the data processing information provided by LMT. As a data controller, LMT pays the greatest attention to these issues. As part of the services provided by LMT, we process data only to the necessary extent and time period, which results from the nature of the service and the requirements of binding laws and regulations. As part of the CALL FILTER service, basic data can be processed, such as connection number, etc., as well as electronic communications metadata, including load data – information related to the provision of electronic communications services. The purpose of the data to be processed is to implement the performance of the selected service, including ensuring the related quality, payments and resolution of the reported issues, if they arise, as well as the execution of the binding laws and regulations. The basis of data processing is the requested LMT service and the implementation of related laws and regulations. Such processing is a prerequisite for the execution of the transaction, and failure to provide data may partially or completely delay or terminate the provision of the transaction. With regard to his/her data, the LMT customer has the right to exercise the rights set forth in the laws and regulations.       COSTS

      • Call Filter connection fee – 4.27 €.
      • Service subscription fee – 1.78 € month.
      • Fee for making changes to the Call Filter list in the LMT Customer Centre – 2.85 €.
      • Administration text messages sent as part of the service are charged according to your tariff plan.

      All fees are specified in €, VAT exclusive.
