Private payment

How to use

To start using the Private payment, we will enter into an agreement for the use of the service. Apply by sending the application in free form to e-mail info@lmt.lv. If you have any questions, call our toll-free information hotline 8076 8076.

The fee for the paid services will not appear in the invoice of your employer, but will be included in a separate – your own – invoice. While you will not have to pay for the services that are covered by your employer just like so far.

• The Private payment is available to you if the mobile phone connection number is registered in the name of the corporate entity – your employer.

• If you no longer use the connection number to which the Private payment was attached, please notify us immediately by phone 80768076 or e-mail info@lmt.lv.

• If you want that your Private payment is taken over by a user of another connection number, please write an application in free form, sign it and send it to us by fax 67773707 or in a scanned form by e-mail info@lmt.lv.

• If you change your connection number or the employer, you can continue to use your previous Private payment – simply write an application in free form, sign it and send it to us by fax 67773707 or e-mail info@lmt.lv.

• The service is terminated, if the connection number to which the Private payment was attached switch to LMT Karte.

Users of the Private payment have no access to premium rate services to 909XXXXX and 900XXXXX series numbers (donation and voting numbers).

Before using LMT services, please read the data processing information provided by LMT. LMT as a data controller pays the utmost attention to these issues. Within the scope of the services provided by LMT we process the data only in the necessary amount and period that arises out of the substance of the service and the requirements of the applicable laws and regulations. Within the scope of the service PRIVATE PAYMENT basic data, e.g. connection number, as well as electronic communications metadata, including traffic data – information related to the provision of electronic communications services – may be processed. The purpose of the data processing is to implement the selected service, including to ensure the related quality, payments and solving of the submitted issues, if any, as well as the implementation of the binding laws and regulations. The basis of the data processing is the requested LMT service and the implementation of the related laws and regulations. Such processing is the precondition for the execution of the transaction, and failure to provide data may fully or partly delay or interrupt the provision of the transaction. In respect to his/her data the LMT customer is entitled to exercise his/her rights specified in the laws and regulations.
