Amendments to LMT Service Agreement

Please be informed that on 01.04.2018 new Terms and Conditions of LMT Service Agreement enter into force.
For existing LMT customers who have entered into the agreement until 31.03.2018 (inclusive), these terms and conditions are applied from 15.05.2018. If you find the amendments unattractive, you are entitled to terminate LMT Service Agreement within one month without a contractual penalty, by settling the previous liabilities and the fees for equipment, if any, in full.

Likewise, please be informed that we process the personal data entrusted to us with the utmost care. To give our customers more detailed outline on the taken data protection measures, we have updated the LMT Privacy policy, containing information on data protection, its objectives and grounds, and the possibilities to exercise the rights related to data protection, including the right to object against the data processing on the basis of legitimate interest.

It is important for us to have at our disposal only actual data and only those data you wish to provide at any specific moment. We invite you to review contact information provided to us on a regular basis and make specifications in case of need. Likewise, we remind you that everyone has an opportunity to revise consents given by them at any time and withdraw them easily without impacting the previous processing.
