How can I unsubscribe from mobile content services?
- If you want to block the use of certain service codes, you can do it in My LMT under Pieslēgumi (Connections) –> select a specific number –> Papildu pakalpojumi (Additional services) –> Mobilā satura pakalpojumu aizliegtie kodi (Prohibited codes for mobile content services) –> specify the relevant service codes. You can specify several codes, by separating them with a comma (e.g., 123,1234).
This option can be useful if you want to close only specific codes, but not limit the possibilities of using the others. - To unsubscribe from further receipt of all mobile content services, activate Mobilā satura pakalpojumu slēgšana (Mobile content service closure) in My LMT. You can specify several permitted codes by separating them with a comma.
By connecting the service "Mobilā satura pakalpojumu slēgšana" (Mobile content service closure), you can allow the use of certain service codes that are important to you and that you want to use in the future.
Please note that by unsubscribing from all mobile content services you also deny the possibility of receiving other relevant and useful services.
Please note that the services "Mobilā satura pakalpojumu aizliegtie kodi" (Prohibited codes for mobile content services) and "Mobilā satura pakalpojumu slēgšana" (Mobile content service closure) cannot be connected at the same time – only one of them. - If you want to enable or disable calling 900 and 909 numbers (e.g., donation numbers), you can do it at My LMT under section Pieslēgumi (Connections) –> select a specific number –> Papildu pakalpojumi (Additional services) –> Atļauja zvanīt uz 909. sērijas numuriem (Permission to call 909 series numbers) / Atļauja zvanīt uz 900. sērijas numuriem (Permission to call 900 series numbers).
These additional services can also be administered at any LMT Customer Centre.
