What happens if my LMT Karte is not refilled by the use-by date?

If you miss the use-by date, i.e. you have not refilled you LMT Karte during this period of time, you have to call the 24/7 toll-free LMT Infoline 80768076 or come to an LMT Customer Centre to ask to reactivate the number. The number can be reactivated free of charge within 6 months after the expiry of the use-by date.

Important!

  • We will ask to provide the original PIN 1 code.
  • When the number is reactivated, you have to refill your account within 3 days.
  • If an LMT Karte is not reactivated within 6 months after the expiry of its use-by date, the number can be assigned to another user. The remaining balance is not refunded.
