How to proceed if the LMT Karte has bee stolen or lost?
If your LMT Karte has been stolen or lost, inform the LMT via its 24/7 toll-free Infoline 80768076. To block your SIM card or its balance, you will have to provide the PIN1 code (on the insert with PIN and PUK codes).
You have to submit a written statement to any LMT Customer Centre about the loss or theft of your LMT Karte within 3 days. Until the receipt of this statement the LMT will continue to reduce the balance depending on services received via the connection number of the respective LMT Karte.
