How to cancel a purchase (before receiving the product)?

If a contract has been signed, the customer must contact LMT in writing via the My LMT section Saziņa (Correspondence).
If the product was purchased for the full price, the buyer should send an e-mail to [email protected]. The customer will receive confirmation of the changes via e-mail along with information about the refund.
If the purchase has been placed but not yet handed over to the courier and you wish to change purchase details (such as color, model, contact information, etc.):
- open the link in the purchase confirmation e-mail;
- in Step 5 (Līgums (Agreement)) of the purchase status page, click “Atsaukt pirkumu” (Cancel purchase);
- create a new purchase in the LMT e-store. 
If payment has already been made or the purchase has been handed over to the courier, you can cancel the purchase by sending an e-mail to [email protected] (be sure to include the purchase number in your message). You will be contacted regarding the refund.
