What is the minimum monthly charge?
Minimum monthly charge is the smallest LMT charge for services. The minimum monthly charge is listed in the invoice, if the total amount calculated for the use of services is smaller than the minimum monthly charge. If the amount calculated for the services exceeds the minimum charge, your invoice lists all of these services.
