What is an e-mail address identifier?

To be able to receive text messages via e-mail, you require a special e-mail address with an identifier that looks like this: [email protected].
XXXXXX – identifier of your e-mail address or the part of the address until the @ sign.

New users receive this address, when the service is activated – when E+ is sent to 29319915 for the first time.

  • If you would like to find out what your current identifier is, text ADRESE to 29319915.
  • If you would like to change this address, text ADRESE and desired identifier to the same number – you will receive an e-mail address with the identifier you chose.

A freely chosen combination of letters, numbers and permitted symbols may serve as an identifier:

  • length – 5 to 20 characters
  • begins with a letter
  • no more than four numbers
  • the following symbols may be included: dot (.), dash (–), underscore (_)

Please, note!

  • If the chosen address already exists (someone else uses it), we will offer another identifier by a text message. If you do not like the proposed address, you may send another text message with your suggestions about the desired identifier for your e-mail address.
  • You will receive all messages to the last e-mail address indicated.
  • After the substitution of your previous e-mail address it is kept for 90 days for you to revert to it if needed. If you do not re-claim your previous address within 90 days, it will be deleted, and another individual will be able to use this address later.
