How to purchase

When purchase or enter into an agreement (Open, Installment, Option agreement) of the device at LMT e-store or Customer Centre.

Within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery, upon presenting an undamaged device at the LMT Customer Centre.

* Monthly charge will be included in your LMT bill starting from the 3rd month, it is exempted from VAT.

What to do in case of incident

Fill in the claim

If the device is damaged, stolen or lost, fill in the claim form through Mans LMT or contact the LMT Device insurance service specialists by calling 28008222 (Monday-Friday from 9.00 to 18.00).

No later than 60 days

The claim must be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than 60 days after the date of incident.

Serial number must be blocked

If the device is stolen or lost, you must immediately block your device serial number (IMEI) and users of the LMT subscription – also this number. In addition, a police statement regarding the loss or theft report of the insured device must be submited.
